Construction Project Manager

We’re building our talent pool for upcoming Construction Project Manager opportunities supporting capital and operational projects within the infrastructure and utilities sector.

What you'll support: Project planning and execution, budgets, schedules, contractor coordination, risk management, cost tracking, reporting, and communication across engineering, construction, operations, procurement, and other project stakeholders.

What we're looking for: 2–4 years of relevant project management or related experience, with strong skills in scheduling, budgeting, risk identification, stakeholder coordination, project reporting, and managing competing priorities.

Experience supporting utility, energy, civil, infrastructure, or construction projects is highly valued. Familiarity with engineering, procurement, construction workflows, contractor management, forecasting, and project metrics is also preferred.

Preferred credentials: CAPM or PMP certification. This search is focused on building a qualified talent pool for upcoming openings.

Business Development Lead

We’re seeking an experienced Business Development Lead to support the growth of a commercial advisory and consulting practice serving organizations navigating complex strategic, operational, regulatory, and security-related challenges.

What you'll lead: New business development, executive relationship building, pipeline development, strategic partnerships, client outreach, proposal development, and the full business development process from initial engagement through contract execution.

What we're looking for: Demonstrated success generating new revenue within consulting, advisory, professional services, or a similar relationship-driven environment. Candidates should be comfortable independently identifying opportunities, building credibility with senior decision-makers, and translating complex services into clear business value.

Experience developing business within emerging technology, biotechnology and life sciences, private equity and investment management, legal and professional services, advanced manufacturing, or critical infrastructure is highly valued.

Experience in strategic consulting, risk advisory, cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, government contracting, or related professional services is preferred.

Engagement: Fractional / part-time and remote-friendly, with a flexible schedule and occasional travel for client meetings, industry events, and potential meetings in the Philadelphia or Washington, DC regions.

CNC Swiss Programmer

CNC Centerless Grinding Machinist

What we're looking for: Hands-on experience with centerless, cylindrical, OD/ID, CNC, or similar precision grinding processes, along with blueprint reading, inspection, and dimensional measurement skills.

CNC 5-Axis Milling Machinist

We’re seeking an experienced CNC 5-Axis Milling Machinist in the Greater Philadelphia Area to produce high-precision components supporting medical devices, aerospace systems, defense technologies, space exploration, and other mission-critical applications.

What we're looking for: 5+ years of CNC milling setup and operation experience, including experience with 4-axis and 5-axis machining centers. Candidates should be comfortable independently setting up, troubleshooting, optimizing, and operating advanced CNC equipment.

Strong knowledge of engineering drawings, GD&T, G-code, tooling, fixtures, workholding, feeds and speeds, machining parameters, and precision inspection is required.

Experience with Fanuc, Siemens, or Mitsubishi controls, Mastercam, automated pallet systems, robotic machine tending, or regulated medical, aerospace, and defense manufacturing environments is preferred.

Schedule option: Work four 10-hour shifts Monday through Thursday and enjoy a three-day weekend.

CNC Machinist Setup Operator

We’re seeking experienced CNC Machinist Setup Operators in the Greater Philadelphia Area to produce complex components used in medical devices, aerospace systems, defense applications, space exploration, and other advanced manufacturing environments.

Depending on experience and assignment, machinists may work with CNC milling equipment, Swiss-style machines, CNC lathes, mill-turn centers, or other multi-axis CNC platforms.

What we're looking for: 3–5+ years of CNC machining experience in a precision manufacturing environment with the ability to independently set up and operate CNC equipment.

Candidates should have strong blueprint and GD&T knowledge, tooling and workholding experience, familiarity with offsets, feeds and speeds, and experience performing in-process inspection on tight-tolerance components.

Experience machining stainless steel, titanium, Inconel, and other difficult-to-machine materials is highly valued.

Weekend schedule: Work three 12-hour shifts Friday through Sunday and receive four days off each week.

A four-day, 10-hour shift schedule option is also available.

Embedded Software Engineer

We’re seeking experienced Embedded Software Engineers to support the development of secure, mission-critical systems. This is a hands-on technical role focused on embedded software, Linux-based environments, networking, and secure communications.

What we're looking for: Recent hands-on embedded C/C++ development experience, strong embedded Linux knowledge, device driver or kernel-level development experience, and a practical understanding of TCP/IP, networking, network configuration, and security protocols.

Candidates should have experience developing systems-level software that interfaces closely with processors, embedded hardware platforms, and secure communications technologies.

A bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline is required. Candidates should also be able to travel up to 10%.

Clearance requirement: An active U.S. Secret or Top Secret security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required.

Experience with Rust, Python, bare-metal development, embedded processors, standalone embedded applications, Agile/Scrum, CI/CD environments, or additional secure networking technologies is a plus.
